Happy Holidays

Guin sez “Merry Christmas”christmas_lights!

It’s festive on “Grandma Splendid. That’s how Guin refers to our home. As you can see on the left side of the picture the furnace has been burning as it’s been quite chilly lately. We have a small Christmas tree which is decorated with ornaments that Sam and Guin made from cut outs from magazines.

We decided to spend Christmas in St. Augustine. It’s our favorite town in Florida and a good place for the holidays. Guin’s Dad is coming to get her on Saturday, and we will most likely start out way to Stuart on Sunday.

Cheers, and Merry Christmas from team Splendid.

– Alex, Sam, and Guinevere.

  3. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from all of us here in Fort Myers Beach. We wish you well on all your travels, adventures and journeys. I’ll be looking at a boat in Merritt Island on the 27th or 28th. The only draw back is a 6 foot draft. Seems way too deep for SW Florida. Just have to choose the cruising grounds more carefully.

    Be safe my friends.

Merry Christmas, I was wondering about heat on splendid. I love St.Augustine too, a few years back we were able to be there for the lighting of the trees in the park, totally awesome.
My sister and brother in law, from St.Augustine, are here in Petoskey Michigan with thier 5yr. old son that had never seen snow, what fun taking him out in it.
Today we will take him on the snowmobile, he can’t wait.

Peace, Love and a full belly, Dean
