Sorry I’ve been a bit detached. I’ve been working double time on Namaste getting her ready for a long passage. All the “must fix’s” and “would like to fix’s” are getting my undivided attention.
I should have a good idea by the end of the week if I can make the deal on the new boat happen. I’m having a buddy do a final survey on Wednesday. If everything is in order and we can come to a figure that I can swing I’ll be flying off for Florida to make this thing happen, if not, I’ll be heading for the uninhabited Starbuck Island (05.37.116S, 155.52.721W) to ditch Cyclone season before I get myself into another hurricane, I don’t need to experience that again. What will tomorrow bring?
All I can say is that I’ve been stressing over this, I’m really torn. I’ll be the first to admit I’m afraid of change. My life is pretty “dialed in” and I’m content to say the least. I feel blessed, and no matter which way this turns out I know it will be for the best.
