These are some of the faces in my head when I think of the “BlueSphere” upgrade.
So many of you are still sending me messages saying “sorry to see you quit, or are implying I can’t make it”. Well you know what, I am “making it”, and I will do it spreading humanity as I travel. I don’t have anything to prove to anyone. If you cant see the beauty in my concept perhaps your blind. This is not a race. I’m in no hurry, have no destination, and have all the time in the world to get there. My intention is to do exactly what I’m doing now (cruising the globe) while going out of my way to bring help and support to those who need it. I believe in the kindness of others, so many have showed it to me, in fact I could be the “poster child” for kindness received. The kindness of others fuels Project BlueSphere, and it’s time to return the favor.
If I can squeak into the new boat, and once I manage to pull her together I can get 5k a week for a charter however this is not my intention. I don’t want to get into the “Luxury Charter” business by any means. I’m going to target qualified doctors wishing to take a sabbatical and charge them about 2k a month. They will have their own stateroom as long as they are willing to donate time to others and take care of themselves as we travel. This works for everyone. Docs get super cheep charters and a chance to help those who really need it, I get enough of an income to travel, maintain my boat, and “get involved”. And the good we could bring to the people is priceless. That’s what this is about folks, humanity! Can you imaging the experience of traveling like this, the people you’d meet, the faces, the smiles? Governments and immigration would open their arms to us as opposed to giving me a hard time with their hands out. This is also important for me to do as an American. So many don’t like us now, I see it every day. What a project, can’t you see?

Don’t you think I worry about bighting off more than I can chew? My life is perfect. I have an awesome boat (paid for). A life with no commitment, and beautiful islands filling my every day, what could be better, seriously? I am afraid to do this new thing, but it’s not all about me anymore, Project Bluesphere is about dreams. I needed time to heal after a broken engagement and a career that was more than stressful, and I’ve done that.

You know at the end of the day I don’t know if I can pull this off anyway, however I do need to give it my full attention for the moment. Please try to see what I’m doing, this is not about quitting, I’m not a quitter, it’s about my project evolving.
