Energy

Some places are just nicer then others, and Daniels Bay is one of those places.

I’m a very sensitive person. In the previous years I’ve become hyper-sensitive to people and places. I don’t surround myself with negative energy and try to follow the positive path in front of me. If you work at it, it becomes easier to see with time. I find some of the people I meet nice enough, but negative. I often get invited for dinner or drinks and decline due to a writing or editing project. I’m very careful with the people I let into my funny little world.

That being said I’m very comfortable in Daniels Bay. The energy here is really tranquil and I find peace floating in the air. I managed to knock out an article yesterday. I’m going to break out my editing equipment and work on the DVD for a few days and see what happens.

I’ve asked Machiko to join me sailing for a while. I’m hoping she comes to join me in Tahiti and sail West. She has a real job and apartment so it’s a big decision for her. She is one of the positive people in my life. She has never been sailing or lived this kind of life. I think the initial “culture shock” might be a bit strong coming from corporate Tokyo to “Laid back” Namaste, but I think she will find it pretty peaceful as well.
