Sashimi

I found something else I can afford to eat, SASHIMI!!!!

Steve and I went shopping yesterday and bought 2 large chunks of tuna ($20) for a sashimi fest. Steve, Vatina, and I had an awesome dinner and half of the fish is still left over.

So baguettes are around $0.40 each, brie is only a few bucks for a large wedge, and yummy fresh tuna is about $4.00 a meal, not bad. A big-Mac is $11.00 here, unbelievable, why would people pay so much to eat garbage?

I’ve still been feeling a bit down and on the end of my round of antibiotics. I picked up my radar pole yesterday and will try to get my radar mounted in the next few days. The welder did a good job ($95.00), and I think the sleeve will be stronger then the original tube.

I called yesterday and ordered a charger for the sat phone so hopefully I’ll have that whole new system up and working in a week or so.

Cheers everyone.

Peace, Love, and Coconuts.
