It really is the wet season; the rain is coming down in sheets.
Oriana came over yesterday morning to look at my sail and she closed my hatch on her toe, OUTCH!!! It came down on the nail of the big toe and bled for hours. I helped her to the hospital and they burned a hole in the nail to release the pressure on the other side.
This morning I’m taking down the jib and bringing it to her boat for repairs. I’ll be leaving in the morning for Denial’s bay. I’m ready to go and want to be at sea again.
I came across a quote that was suitable to me regarding my pacific crossing:

I feel like Neo in the matrix. Crossing the Pacific was like taking the “red pill” if you know what I mean.
