Ua Poe

I got up uber-early and went for a walk in town. I bought hot baguettes, fruit and Veggies.

On the way back I strolled through the shops as they were opening. I paid 2,700 franks (84 CFP = $1.00 USD) for a 5 hour internet hotspot card. I have internet access for the first time in months, and on the boat!

I spent a few hours trying to catch up on a slew of emails. I haven’t really seen the internet since Panama over 2 months ago. I’ve also had a nasty backpack of dirty laundry waiting for a wash and dropped it off for cleaning. I only had them wash it and Namaste is covered in my drying laundry.

The internet access is really slow but I wanted to get a picture of Namaste anchored in Ua Poe posted. It’s a beautiful place isn’t it?

Hugh left me with more episodes of lost, oh yeah; he got me hooked on the first season. I haven’t been able to watch them because I needed to authorize Hugh’s account on my itunes. Tonight is Lost night, I’m authorized!!! What is that hatch they found in the ground? Actually don’t tell me!
