Land and Sea

2 dorado day!

Lat -6.149167

Another 135 miles in the log book today.

I hear the pictures are up in the gallery now, check’m out!

I feel a hell of a lot better. I still get winded quickly but I feel human again. I took a good bath in the seawater and even rinsed with fresh.

I caught 2 dorados today. I had one fresh filet for breakfast and dried the other 3.

I also caught a dolphin. I’ve never had one hit a lure, I thought they were too smart. After I tightened the drag the hook broke off. It will rust out of his mouth quickly. He turned around and came by the boat and gave me a “that was stupid of me” look. The huge pod of dolphin played about Namaste for an hour or so then took off like a flash.

I’m really happy and grateful to be out here.

A few have asked if I have seen any commercial traffic, the answer is no. Not on the radar or visually. I doubt there is another human for 700 miles around me.

I can see a squall coming and I’m probably going to take another shower, the fresh water really feels good.

What a life eah?

Peace, Love, and sailing the South Pacific!
