Cass and I took a bus from Panama City to Frontera (6 hrs), Costa Rica yesterday. We stayed in a little dive hotel (they are all little dives in Frontera). I was hoping to bribe the immigration guy to let us return to Panama the same day but it didnt work, his supervisor was standing over him. We will have to stay in Costa Rica for 72 Hrs.
This morning we caught a bus to Golfito. When Cass and i got off the bus someone shouted my name. I turned around and saw 3 of my friends from Panama, small world, eh?
Golfito is cute. We had margharitas and nachos at the Banana Bay marina and found a little cabana overlooking the bay for $20.00, we will stay the night, and possibly one more. We are getting fantastic pictures and video, I´m really psyched about the next DVD. Will post pics upon return.
The coffee here is fantastic.
