My buddy Roger is here. Roger is the guy who wrote “Plot your Course to Adventure” which is for sale on the BlueSphere store page. He also used to own the Sam L. Morse Company which builds Bristol Channel Cutters. He built “Nereus” (his Channel cutter) while he owned the company. Nereus is a boat I surly would like to own, and in my years out here, the one boat I would really like to own.
Roger is settling down in Panama and says he will not be crossing any more oceans. He’s selling Nereus ($250K) to trade down to a day sailor.
Anyway we went up the river exploring yesterday. What a beautiful place. Lots of fresh water & wildlife, I shot a lot of video.
Today I’m planning on cleaning up a bit more and going spear fishing at hi tide. I’m having problems with my Sat-Phone so if I disappear for a few weeks it’s the phone, not me.
I’ve got two lines off the stern, and listening to “Cake”, it’s a gre8 day.
