Project BlueSphere

Land and Sea

on the road again.

Well today I’m going to the mall to see a movie. After that I’m going to the Japanese market to pick up a few things, pay my bill here at the club, and ready the boat. I’ll probably take off for the Las Pearlas around 3-4 am.

My sister (Sara) is coming to visit me on the 8th for a few weeks, which will be really fun; it’s been a long time since I’ve seen her. It will be nice to get a “Family Fix”.

She will be bringing me my new laptop so I can get to work on the next DVD. Dell was very cool about letting me purchase through the educational discount program since I have so many schools following the site. I’m really excited about getting back to work and putting another DVD together. I need a creative outlet, and working on the boat isn’t it. Writing is cool, but I particularly enjoy working in a visual format. It will be nice to be able to post pictures again.

The next DVD will cover Colombia, The San Blas Islands, transiting the Panama Canal, the Las Pearls Islands, and possibly the Darién Jungle. I can motor Namaste up a few rivers deep into the Darién and spend some time with the Embera Indians. My favorite time was living with the Kuna Indians; perhaps the Embera will accept me as warmly as the Kuna had. I hear they still hunt with poisons blow guns, I’d like to try that.

Panama is really such an amazing place; I’m looking forward to my time here now.

I will not have access to my email for a while, so if anyone wants to send a message, or are interested in a charter, please send me an instant message through the website, or call me on the cell phone (507) 6665.4159 I hear the phone will work in some of the islands.

Peace, Love, & Coconuts everyone.

Alex
