Hi everyone.
I sailed into Colon Panama yesterday.
Motoring into the breakwall was an experance to say the least. Talk about super tanker traffic.
I dodged huge ships on my little Namaste.
I made it to the anchorage by the Panama Canal Yacht Club, and spent the night.
Today I started my canal paperwork, I should transit the canal in about a week.
Im really bummed as someone in Portabello boarded Namaste and stole my Yamaha 4hp outboard which was mounted on my stern pulpit.
I will get really strong in the Pacific as I will be rowing everywhere, oh well, everything happens for a reason right? Im going to keep my chin up and not let it get to me.
If anyone is interested I still have a slot for a charter in the Las Perlas Islands the first week of March. I have a charter comming the last week of Febuary. The Las Perlas is where they just finished shooting the last Survivor, kind of funny, the production crews made some of my friends leave the anchorage as they would be in the shot. So much for reality TV.
