A new guest.

I met a Canadian backpacker (Louise-Andree) last week and I wanted to introduce you guys. She’s trying to make it to Panama, and will be accompanying me to the San Blas for a while.

I’ve been busting my butt getting Namaste ready for cruising again. It’s really hard to work in this heat and I need to take breaks often. I got the SSB working, and I’m on the Panama net (8170) every day at 8:30 am. It’s really nice being able to stay in touch with other cruisers and not limited by the restrictions of a VHF radio. I’ll be testing the weather fax in a few days.

I should haul & paint Namaste within the week, then it’s off to the San Blas, I really can’t wait.

Those of you who ordered the DVD, it will ship around the 1^st of February.
