Project BlueSphere

Land and Sea

Working in the States

Work, work, work. I find myself where I was years ago, dreaming of a life sailing the world, exploring new places, and meeting new people. I’m still not comfortable driving down the highway at 80 miles an hour, seems far too dangerous, I’d rather be at sea anytime. I’ve been putting in some good hours on the DVD (episodes 1-11), and will have it completed before I return to Columbia. I’ve noticed a big change in myself since I’ve been back, I’m much more of a patient man. Someone once told me “a sailboat is a classroom of patience”  and it’s true. I’m much more centered then I’ve ever been in my life. I noticed it when a woman cut me off in a food line and gave me an evil glare, why would she do that? I’ve been back just over a month, and it dawned on me, that’s about how long I will be at sea crossing the pacific, will I be able to handle it? I think of “Namaste” often, and what needs to be done upon my return. I’m not making as much money as I hoped, and may have to extend my stay another month or so, a new camera & laptop are crucial. Episode 11 should be up tomorrow (windows media only), hope you guys enjoy it.
