Hi everyone.

I just posted the “hurricane Isabel” episode.

I need to repair “Namaste’s” damaged bowsprit, and fix & replace a few other things.

I’m sorry if I have been slow returning e-mail’s, I’ve really been busy trying to wrap up everything so I can get out of here and head south. I think the geese will be in Florida before me. They travel at night, and are quite loud as they fly over Namaste; it’s kind of a spooky sound.

If any of you are interested in being in the “Friends & guests” section, please email me a photograph of yourself, and your boat if you have one. I often refer subscribers (you guys) to other subscribers, who might be able to help each other out, or answer certain questions better then I can. I have a good wealth of contacts like; maritime attorneys, surveyors, shipwrights, electricians and so on.

Scottie, my new wind generator by southwest wind power is awesome. I really hate having to run the motor every day, and with good wind, Scottie really supplements Namaste’s battery banks. I also installed a “Link 1000” by Xantrex, which is the bomb! I finally have a really good idea of how much 12 power I have. If you guys have any questions regarding 12v, I’ve learned a lot over the past year, and would like to save you the headache of trying to figure it all out, just send me an email.

I now find myself with a lot of new friends that I haven’t met. Before Isabel hit, I got emails from some of you guys offering me places to stay during Isabel, as well as invitations to open slips and safe anchorages, I just want to say I really appreciate it.

If you haven’t already done so, and you like watching streaming video, don’t forget to check out www.ocean.com.

Please keep in touch; your comments are always appreciated.

Fair winds.
