What a great Easter. Sam and her friend Britta organized a pot-luck / Easter egg hunt. The kids were in a group running around the island like a pack of dogs. They ran the stretch of the beach a hundred times, jumped off the docks, played in the sand, it was really a beautiful thing. It was also her friend Taylor’s birthday and Guin had a sleep over on “lilly-may” last night. Sam and I are both so proud of Guin jumping off the dock. She was scared but did it and now she is a jumping fool. I’ve been trying to get her to jump off of splendid with no avail. Perhaps she’ll give it a go today? She is turning out to be such a little beach girl. She has a “copper tone” tushie, so cute. I need to get a picture!
Sam and I had a sun-downer on another boat last night and discussed Panama. We met some nice people that just bought a house there. The fell in love with Panama as they were cruising there as well.
It is quite windy today, the trades are blowing well. I love the Trade winds and they will always remind me of sailing across the Pacific, I dream of the day I do it with my girls.
We have 21 raffle tickets left and about a month to sell them in. If you want a taste of the life pick up a few today. You can buy them at our store.
We are going to take it easy today. Tomorrow I may go back to George town ant start provisioning. I need to buy about 30 gallons of diesel, 10 gallons of gas, and fill up our water tanks.
Life is grand.
Sail far and live slowly.

Hey Alex, I have been watching Chucks SPOT and due to the fact that he is in the BVI’s I would guess he is having a blast. I have been down there twice on bareboat charters, and I love it. I am wondering if you will be spending some time there on your way west? Do you know if Chuck has a blog?
Thanks, Dean
