Sam and Guin

Wow…, sorry for disappearing.

Sam had a family emergency and we took off to New Jersey with Guin (her 3 year old). There were no computers around and I’ve been unable to update the site. We drove 23 hours to get to New Jersey from Fort Myers. I met Sam’s parents and also got a chance to visit my family in New Jersey & Maryland. You really do get to know someone on long road trips, and I must say…, I really like these girls.

We got back last night and had a really suckie thing happen. We hit a deer about an hour from getting back to Ft. Myers. I’ve never hit a deer before, “It can really shake you up”! The really strange thing is Sam and I were just discussing the last time she hit a deer a few years back. It’s almost like we knew it was going to happen, or felt it coming, weird!!!

I had two nice packages waiting for me when I got back. Sam bought me a wine making kit for my birthday which arrived. We’ll be making 6 gallons of wine at a time. I also got my Sea Breathe unit ( http://www.seabreathe.com/ ) Splendid really need a bottom job and now I’ll have compressed air to make the process easier.

Anyway, I wanted to introduce these two. Today is Guins first day at school. Soooooo exciting : )
