Back at sea.

San Christobal was fun although I still feel the effects from my night on the town. I’m just getting to old to drink like that.

My friends on “Contigo” (Chris and Maggie) showed up in the anchorage yesterday and I joined them for food and drinks last night. I was asleep by 22:00, and out of the anchorage by 05:00 this morning.

I’m just passing Isla Santa Maria and once I’m passed it I will leave the Galapagos and the Americas far behind. The currents here are vicious; I don’t think I’ll get much sleep tonight. I want land and rocks far away.

I motored for most of the day today and have allotted 20 gallons of diesel to get me to 3 degrees south and hopefully the trades.
