Land and Sea

What keeps me up at night?

It’s not the coffee; I often have nights I can’t sleep. Last night I didn’t get to sleep till 5am, just tossed & turned I hate that. I probably would have slept around 3 but a big squall rolled through, and I needed to attend to it. I think it’s partially my mattress, I’m going to buy a foam topper when I get back to panama.

I think I’ll take an easy day today. I know I have to clean the contacts on the starter, and I’m going to pull the SSB apart.

Don left this morning, and Roger is out tomorrow, I’ll have the anchorage to myself. I’ll leave here on Friday to pick up my guest Kirk on Saturday.

I’m out of fish, and with all the rain I don’t think I could see the tip of my spear gun, I’ll have to rely on the line today.

I hear the triggers nibbling on the hull, time to get the line out.

I hope everyone is well.

Alex
