Stuart

Well Sam, Guin and I have completed our first 500 miles sailing together. We are anchored in Stuart where we’ll be for a week or two. I have a number of boat projects to work on.

I have to fix the running lights, TAKE OFF THE LAZY JACKS, change the internal fuel filter (not the racor), change the oil, install and rebuild the diesel generator, and a bunch of other stuff. I may even install the mast steps since I have so much work aloft. I had planned on doing that up north.

We’ve had a bunch of good squalls roll through and have had a lot of rain in the past few days. We had dinner over at my friend Chuck’s last night. Guin played with her friends and swam in the pool. At one point I caught them sliding off a slide into the mud in the rain. She had soooo much fun.

I’m working on a new video I hope to post in the next few days, and I just got a news letter out. Sam is going to order a bunch of organic beans online; it’s much cheaper than in the stores.

Life is good.

Peace everyone.
