I lived on a sailboat for two years outifttied with a two burner kerosene stove. To bake and bread and cakes I using a 7″ sauce pan with the handle removed, placed inside an a sturdy 8″ dutch oven. It never failed to produce a lovely loaf. FYI… it doesn’t take very long to knead bread, and bread that’s kneaded with love supposedly has magical healing qualities.

Also, Lyn Pardy’s book “the care and feeding of the off-shore crew” is a great source for outfitting a boat for cruising. It’s a little dated but still relevant.
