Reality has struck!! Now, when do we leave here? July or August probably. We are starting our sailing adventure down the ICW to Florida and beyond this summer rather than next. Chrissy if totally committed and ready now too. I'm thinking of leaving Petoskey Michigan in the last of July - first of August, take our time to get to the Erie canal syst. and spend the summer on the east coast, while waiting to head south till Nov. that's what I've heard anyway. That means the yard sales/sails will have to get started ASAP. Yard sales or Estate sale? Both probably. Find a renter too, ugh. But hey, these are happy thoughts to me now!!!!!
